DyLight™ 荧光标记抗体 (应用：Fluorescence Microscopy, FLOW, Multiplex Westerns)
简介：美国Rockland公司为生命科学领域提供丰富的、高质量的抗体，包括载脂蛋白、细胞周期/凋亡、细胞因子、细胞信号蛋白、酶类、细胞外基质、转录因子(NFkB)和泛素（Ubiquitin）等识别抗体，应用范围包括Western blot、免疫组化、免疫荧光和ELISA等。 另外，Rockland也生产特别齐全的二抗，包括纯化、生物素、HRP/ALP、荧光标记二抗，应用十分广泛。
I. 产品特点
荧光标记二抗是Rockland公司产品的一大特色。除了以前常用的一些荧光标记如FITC、PE、CY3、CY5、IRDye和Rhodamine之外，现又增加了一系列DyLight™荧光二抗。DyLight™荧光系列包括DyLight 488、DyLight 549、DyLight 649、DyLight 680 和DyLight 800。DyLight™具有更优的荧光特性，非常适用于荧光显微镜、荧光WB等分析。
· 荧光亮度更强，因而检测灵敏度更高
· 光稳定性更好，减少光漂白作用，可用于如结构照明系统和4Pi显微检测系统。
· 高信噪比、低背景
· 应用广泛：荧光显微镜、流式、荧光WB、ELISA等分析

II. 应用举例
（1） 荧光多色免疫印迹（Multiplex Westerns）

（2） 免疫荧光（Fluorescence Microscopy）
